The Office of Alumni Affairs has created an addendum to the 2022 AEIF competition to encourage exchange alumni to implement projects specifically targeting/in collaboration with Ukrainian refugees in their countries. We recommend keeping proposed budgets under $25,000.
To apply for this opportunity, Post, in collaboration with exchange alumni, will fill out the existing AEIF proposal and budget forms. Post and alumni teams should focus on the Project Design/Methods and Budget sections. Proposal packages must be submitted by May 6th, 2022.
The projects may support Ukrainian refugee communities in areas such as (not required):
• Community integration, inclusion, and tolerance building;
• Skills building for woman and youth;
• Workforce integration programs; and/or
• English language learning and acquisition
