Over turkey and trimmings, the Irish Fulbright Alumni Association gathered to celebrate this special American holiday with a feast in The 1592 Restaurant at Trinity College. There was fine food and fellowship and all gathered enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests included Fulbright students and scholars from the U.S. and Ireland, as well as representatives of the Fulbright Commission and the U.S. Embassy.
Paul Donnelly, President of the IFAA, welcomed all to the evening in his usual warm and entertaining style, while Vice-President, Sarah Ingle, thanked everyone for attending and especially applauded the efforts of the main organizers of the event, Roisin Tiernan and Sinead Murnane.
The Irish Fulbright Alumni Association is a vibrant group and this is one of the main events on their annual calendar.
