Fiona Descoteaux M.A, MSc, specialises in local community development and is the Acting Chief Executive Officer in Ballymun Whitehall Area Partnership Ltd. Over the last ten years Fiona has undertaken a diverse breadth of work within disadvantaged communities; building relationships with community and voluntary, private and statutory sectors and third level institutions to design and
develop innovative and successful programmes to aid individuals, organisations and business in North Glasgow, UK and North Dublin, Ireland. The areas Fiona operates within span community, enterprise and economic development. Fiona participated in an Irish Institute program in 2009 on economic regeneration.
