Noel Rock is a speechwriter for Fine Gael in the Senate. Having worked in political institutions in the US and EU, Noel has been based with Fine Gael in Dublin since 2011. A former local election candidate himself, he is keen to engage the Irish-US Alumni with access to Irish political circles. Having done the Washington-Ireland Program in 2006, he has since worked closely with its former Executive Director, and has maintained regular contact with Washington – and will be assisting in the organisation of Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Dublin in March.
