SMART Youth Conference
A superb group of young leaders from across the island had descended on Dublin from the 6th to the 8th November 2014. Following on from the Smart People, Smart Economy run earlier in the year, the US Embassy pulled out all the stops for a great follow up conference.
The IUSA is always happy to be involved in whatever ways it can with ventures run by the US Embassy. The Smart 14 conference began with hosting a PALS lecture with Gay Byrne on the 6th November in the US Ambassadors Residence. Both Declan Dunne and Chris Gordon were also on hand to judge the SMART14 pitches on the last day.
A huge congrats to the Public Affairs Department in the US Embassy including Susan, Katie, Jennifer, John, Diarmaid and the intern teams for all of their hard work.
