A Berkeley Remembrance Event is taking place in UCD’s O’Reilly Hall at 5:15pm Wednesday 9 September. This will be a short remembrance ceremony (30 minutes) to which all staff and students are invited. Attendees are welcome to visit the Rose Garden beside Belfield House where a commemorative bench has been installed to remember those who died and were injured in the Berkeley accident. A second bench in the garden remembers all students who died during their studies at UCD.
